Coaching does not deal with clinical issues,
such as depression or high levels of anxiety. However, because
all of our coaches are licensed in psychotherapy, we have a
discerning eye that will assess which practice will benefit
you most. We will work with you so that you are aware of your
options, and will proceed with you accordingly.
